Analysis of grinding tools

The analysis of grinding tools in our laboratory is an integral part of our daily work. In addition to quality assurance for our own products, we analyse your current abrasives in regards to grain type, grain size, hardness, density and bond and can then make statements about their suitability for your grinding task.
We examine your present grinding tools free of charge under the microscope and with three different hardness measuring methods: modulus of elasticity (Young’s modulus), Zeiss-Mackensen method and HZ-Rockwell. Send us your sample for a free analysis!
